Chapter Informational Update
BUNCO FOR BREAST CANCER----------BUNCO TOURNAMENT FOR $$$$$ CASH $$$$$
WOTM MAJOR FUNDRAISER, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
- WHEN: FRIDAY MARCH 11TH. DOORS OPEN @ 6PM, GAME STARTS @ 7PM
- WHERE: MASCOUTAH MOOSE LODGE (111 N. 2ND ST) MASCOUTAH, IL
- WHO: EVERYONE WHO LIKES TO ROLL THE DICE……..OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, SO SPREAD THE WORD.
- WHAT: INCLUDED IS A GOOD TIME, SNACKS, AND A LIGHT DINNER WITH DESSERT.
- COST: $15.00 P.P. (COME ALONE OR BRING A GROUP, THE MORE THE MERRIER)
WE WILL HAVE ATTENDANCE PRIZES, AFGHAN RAFFLE, CAKE RAFFLE AND 50/50 DRAWING.
NO OUTSIDE DRINKS, BAR WILL BE OPEN FOR PURCHASE
PRIZE MONEY WILL BE AWARDED FOR MOST BUNCOS, MOST WINS, AND MOST LOSSES. SOME OF THE PROCEEDS WILL GO TO BREAST CANCER RELAY FOR LIFE.
WALK-INS ARE WELCOME, BUT RESERVATIONS PREFERRED. CALL LEA RICHARDSON OR MARIA CLEMENT.
THE LODGE IS DONATING THE HALL RENTAL FEE TO A COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
1. TRIVIA & SILENT AUCTION: DIANA YARBER’S “RELAY FOR LIFE TEAM” (AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY). FRIDAY 4 MARCH, COST $10 P.P. DOORS OPEN @ 6PM (COME & EAT @ MOOSE’S ITALIAN NIGHT 5-7:30PM) START 7PM, NO OUTSIDE DRINKS, BAR WILL BE OPEN FOR PURCHASE.
COME & SUPPORT THIS WORTHWHILE CAUSE
PLAY AREA
The women have created a play area for the children at our lodge. We have toys for the boys and girls to play with while they are at the lodge with their parents. We only ask for the following 3 simple rules to be followed:
- Area of the toy room needs to be cleaned up after each use by the child and parents. Please don’t leave them for the next child to clean up.
- The toys need to be kept in the play area or they may be taken into the social quarters to be played with on the table only. No toys allowed on the floor in the social quarters.
- No eating or drinking in the play area.
