In no particular order... Direct Contributors Keith Martin Keith has done the most work on this site next to me. He is my chief sounding board, he wrote up the church history and produced the lion's share of the adventure logs for the Tavian Campaign. He also plays in my game and, being my oldest friend who still speaks to me, isn't bashful about telling me about my mistakes as a DM. It is a well-known fact that Keith can quote from every Simpsons, KotDT, Black Adder and Monty Python piece ever written, and often does just to make sure that we fulfill the gamer geek archetypes on Wednesday nights, of course... Laura Heilman Laura is a friend, and was player in the Tavian game and is responsible for all the fantastic, original art on this site. She is also a font of information and books on Byzantine culture, etc. She and Sean (her husband) are owners of Tyche's Games, my favorite local gaming shop. Stewart MacWilliam Stewart is one of the best sounding boards a writer could have. I always have a bundle of ideas after a conversation with him a great friend and great gamer. He is running his own Palaestra game, Mare Draconum. See the Adventures page for more info. Sean Holland Sean has done a ton of work on the Sylva, magic items and the feats. He is one of my sounding boards for a lot of my ideas and a good friend. He is also a system guru par excellance. Deena McKinney Deena wrote up the Alfar and is one of my very best buddies a font of encouragement and ideas. Indirect Contributors Kim Peacock My wife and definite better half. She is the most understanding non-gaming spouse I have ever met. She can also kick my butt in any board game or sport we have ever played. Emma and Nathaniel Peacock Kids are great, and if you ever want to understand Seelie and Unseelie, have toddlers... Jon Hanna Jon is a great friend and his no-nonsense, and devout fighter Zaccara in the Tavian Campaign was a great asset to the game, as was his second character, the Dwarf, Gudlag. Jon's incredible library is host to our games and has been the source for a lot of information on this site. Jessica Hanna Jessica's Fianna was the fey soul of our group and helped me investigate Faerie culture more than she will ever know. Jess passed away in 2002 along with her two beautiful children, Heather and Benjamin. I will miss them for the rest of my life. We played 46 adventures in all in the Tavian Campaign - taking the characters from 3rd to 9th+ level. Gaming has given me a lot over the years, but those 46 nights are now the most priceless. Steve McDonald Steve's mage in the Tavian Campaign. was a great counterpoint to the Fianna and is likewise a great opportunity to investigate wizards and the workings of the Tavian nobility. Steve's dry wit around the gaming table is also much appreciated...well, most of the time. (Steve - didn't think you were going to get away without a barb, did you?) Buck Marchinton Buck helped with the Formori and many of the Faerie races. Buck's meticulously-prepared, rich NPC's are a goal I aspire to. Buck is also a great world-builder and many of our long talks on such have influenced this site. Mike Schapria Mike, along with just being one of my best friends, taught me how to play D&D and is quick to give feedback on anything I send him. His feedback has altered a lot on this site. He and Stewart were also the first ones to play in Palaestra. Eric Noah If it wasn't for his site I would have never given 3e a chance and I would never have have had the encouragement to put all of this on the web. Ger Versluis Ger is responsible for the Java applet that runs the new menu system. Downloaded from the Freeware Java website. Thanks! |
