Todo:

Let Client threads finish writes so User doesn't have to wait for full write
Allow Users to choose TCP or UDP (currently all TCP)
Add ability to send to Groups of people, not just individuals or everybody
Add password protection to server and clients for Private apps
Allow a User enter Admin password and perform Admin abilities from Client
Create Command Line Admin in Server Window
Make server read from a config file rather from command line parameters
Encrypt Data
Create special long term identifications for user at server
Add Server Database to store information about users
